At DLS we are experts in steel Stillage design and manufacture, especially in the automotive industry, where we have close relationships with most major vehicle manufacturers. We can cater for all requirements from small batch solutions to aid line side operation and reduce disposable packaging, to full volume manufacture for bulk internal and inter-plant shipment of all types of body parts.

We can also manufacture dedicated racks for world wide distribution of automotive components.

On top of bespoke fabrication, we can also provide all types of standard containers for multi purpose usage.

Ever increasing demands on manufacturing to customer requirements and variation on the same working platforms have deemed lineside point-of-fit pallets, stands, towing trucks or mobiles a necessity. This allows the manufacturer to produce to a scheduled and cross-production build.

The requirement of sequenced parts is an essential process these days. The ability to design in order to load in reverse for picking in order is a skill DLS engineers have adapted well to over the years.

DLS has introduced its own in-house polyurethane moulding plant to service its own, and customers dunnage needs. We have the ability to produce many different dunnage systems and moulds due to our in-house capability to 3D model components and then print out the corresponding mould patterns using rapid prototyping and 3D printing technology. 3D printed moulds are then used as "masters" for production items, ensuring no loss of quality/tolerances on production parts. 

We have the ability to produce rapid prototyping using the very latest 3D Printing Technology. Our in-house capability allows us to make bespoke items and help speed up our production systems with the ability to create special jigs and fixings.

Robust hinged bottom containers/ skips, manufactured from steel which can be automatically opened and closed from the drivers seat of a forklift.  Bottom opening containers are perfect for storage and transfer of a wide range of materials, from cardboard to scrap metal. These come in standard sizes or can be made to your specific requirements. 

At DLS we can design and manufacture a broad range of Street Furniture, including but not limited to shelters,  storage units, seating & benches, tables, fencing & railing and access control. We have our own range of products available or alternatively we can design & manufacture bespoke items in accordance with the customers needs. Products are available in a range of styles & finishes and by using only high quality materials they are sure to enhance any scheme or infrastructure project. 

Permanent or temporary storage units for a wide range of applications. We have experience in designing and manufacturing Air Conditioning storage units, tool safes,  right through to customised designer stores for commercial or household bins. All aspects of our storage solutions are customisable such as the material, dimensions, openings, lifting method (if required), lids etc and of course the colour.
